With the vast majority of the brands potential customers stemming from the social media channel’s of ITV’s Tommy Mallet, it was instantly apparent that the site had to be responsive across all platforms to ensure mobile and tablet users could use the site with ease. The Mallet Footwear team were also specific about wanting a platform that would focus on the products design.
The end result provided Mallet Footwear with a simple and elegant, responsive eCommerce website powered by WordPress and Woocommerce. Building the site with a mobile-first mindset helped to convert the brand’s large social media following into customers and using a CMS like WordPress allowed the team to gather rich data helping them to garner a deeper insight into customer insight.
